Best Slow Cooker Pork Chops

These Simple and delicious Slow Cooker Pork Chops are sure to become a family favorite. They are so tender and juicy and are topped with an amazing gravy that we love to serve over the chops and mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup all purpose flour divided
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic pepper
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 boneless pork chop loins
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine dry mustard, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, and 1/4 cup of your flour in a Ziploc bag. Add each pork chop one at a time, and shake well to coat all sides. Place in a large skillet with hot oil. Brown on both sides.
  2. Place pork chops in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Top with chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until meat is tender.
  3. Remove pork and set aside. Add remaining flour to cooking juices in crock pot. Whisk until smooth. Cover and cook on high until gravy is thickened. Pour over chops and enjoy!
