- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- ½ large white onion diced
- 2 jalapenos diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 ½ cups tomato sauce
Instructions

- Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and then lower the heat to low. Cover the chili with a lid and allow it to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
