Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and water in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter. Toss to coat
  3. Add the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer basket.
  4. Spray with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes. Shake twice during the process, and cook until they just start to brown. (Brush with more sauce if needed.)
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
