Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
