Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb French Fries frozen
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pickles sliced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 onion diced
SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Spread the fries on the sheet in an even layer and bake according to the directions on the packaging.
- Meanwhile, roughly dice the onion. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, around 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Remove the fries from the oven. Spread the beef evenly over the fries. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese across the pan, then return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, then remove from the oven.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Top the fries with sliced pickles, chopped lettuce, and the prepared sauce. Serve and enjoy!
