Big Mac Sloppy Joes
Big Mac sloppy Joes are loaded with the flavor of the classic fast food burger, but served up in sloppy Joe fashion and is a recipe easy on your budget.
Ingredients
Meat Mixture Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup onion diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup dill pickles minced
- 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
Additional Ingredients
- 4 sesame seed buns
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- ½ cup dill pickles sliced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
Instructions
- Place ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- While cooking, break meat into small pieces.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until all pink is gone.
- Drain extra grease off of meat.
- Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Add half of the sauce to the meat and stir well. **If meat has cooled, you can heat it over medium heat before assembling the sandwiches.
- To assemble, place a slice of cheese on each bun.
- Spoon sloppy joe mixture over top of cheese.
- Add lettuce, pickle slices, spoonful of sauce, and top of bun.
- Serve immediately.
