Big Mac Tacos

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish sweet
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 8 flour tortillas small
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 8 lices American cheese
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1/2 onion diced, medium
- 1/2 cup dill pickles sliced
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Adjust seasonings as needed. Set aside.
- Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and place each portion on a tortilla, leaving a border around the edge.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 2–4 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla. Place American cheese on the cooked beef and cook for 1–2 minutes until melted and lightly toasted.
- Repeat the cooking process with the remaining tortillas and beef.
- Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced onions, sliced dill pickles, and a spoonful of the Big Mac sauce.
