Birria Ramen

Birria Ramen combines slow-cooked, tender chuck roast with a rich, spicy broth made from dried chiles, tomatoes, and traditional birria spices. The meat is seared, then simmered hours until shreddable, while a blended red chile sauce enriches the broth. This hearty preparation results in a savory ramen bowl featuring melt-in-your-mouth beef and flavorful broth paired with noodles for a satisfying meal.
