Ingredients

  • Birria recipe
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 14 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Drizzle 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet and set to medium high heat. Dip and coat the tortillas into the birria sauce and place them into the hot pan.
  2. Top with shredded birria meat. Fold the tortilla over and fry 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp.
  3. Serve with your preferred toppings, including additional birria sauce.
