Birria Tacos
With tender, juicy shredded meat in a pan-fried corn tortilla, these Birria Tacos are an easy Mexican dish bursting with flavor. Top with cilantro and onions for a simple weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- Birria recipe
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 14 corn tortillas
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- lime wedges
Instructions
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet and set to medium high heat. Dip and coat the tortillas into the birria sauce and place them into the hot pan.
- Top with shredded birria meat. Fold the tortilla over and fry 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp.
- Serve with your preferred toppings, including additional birria sauce.
