Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Beat with an electric hand-mixer until combined. Gradually add in Bisquick mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop dough by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
