Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir the Bisquick mix and the milk together until completely combined and formed into a sticky, soft dough.
- Drop the biscuit dough by large tablespoonfuls onto the hot stew or soup mixture. I like to drop it onto areas that have liquid so the biscuits do not get dried out. This will make 8 dumplings.
- Place the lid back on the Dutch oven/soup pot/slow cooker and cook for 15 minutes. Take off the lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the biscuits are done.
- The biscuits will be done when the top and bottoms are cooked and no longer sticky.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- You can add seasoning to this if you want, like dried parsley, dill, etc.
