Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick Mix
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add beaten egg to a small bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, mix together Bisquick, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and paprika.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten egg, and then into the Bisquick mixture.
- Dip the chicken into the egg again, and then into the Bisquick mixture one more time. This will give the chicken a nice crispy coating.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the chicken with the melted butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
