Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces black beans
- 12 ounces mexicorn
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
- ½ teaspoon cumin ground
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Let it sit at room temperature for up to an hour for the flavors to marry or cover it and refrigerate overnight.
