Ingredients

  • 2 15 ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Juice of half a lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the black beans, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and lime. Pulse until it reaches desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve with chips and veggies!
