Black Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- 2 cups black olives pitted
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until either smooth or a bit chunkier.
- Serve the tapenade with bread, bruschetta, breadsticks or crackers.
