Ingredients
- 3 cups black rice forbidden, cooked
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ -1 cup pistachio
- DRESSING:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup orange muscat champagne vinegar see notes, or another vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- ¼ cup orange juice fresh
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake.
- Dress salad and mix well.
- Feel free to add feta.
