Frozen blackberries, Greek yogurt and almond butter make this creamy and tangy protein-packed smoothie a perfect way to start the day.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup blackberries frozen
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 2 tablespoons almond butter creamy
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste, or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds optional, hulled
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
