Ingredients

  • ¾ cup blackberries frozen
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter creamy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste, or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds optional, hulled

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
