Ingredients

Salad
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 4 pieces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion, sliced
Dressing
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Add the ⅓ cup olive oil, ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon dried basil to a small blender or food processor. Pulse until combined.
  2. Combine the 4 cups mixed greens, ½ cup blue cheese, ½ cup fresh blackberries, 4 pieces turkey bacon, and 1 green onion, in a large bowl
  3. Top with the desired amount of dressing and enjoy!
