Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 6 oz. blackberries
- ½ large lemon cut into wedges
- 2 Whole30-compliant lemon ginger tea bags
Instructions
- In a heavy bottomed saucepan, heat the water over high heat.
- When the water comes to a boil, remove from the heat, and add the blackberries, lemon and the tea bags.
- Muddle the blackberries.
- Let the ingredients steep for an hour.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea into a pitcher.
- Refrigerate, and serve cool.

- Be sure to check your tea bags and their ingredients to ensure you are using a Whole30-compliant one. We couldn't drink my first batch of this because my lemon ginger tea had soy in it.
