Blackberry Jalapeno Guacamole

Fresh blackberries & jalapenos are combined in this simple & delicious guacamole recipe that's perfect for dipping up all summer long or serving on tacos!

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados skin & seed removed
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 Jalapeño de-stemmed, seeded & minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the avocados to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mash with a potato masher or fork.
  3. Add the lime juice, sea salt, jalapeno and cilantro.
  4. Mix everything together.
  5. Add the blackberries and gently mix into the guacamole.
