Blackberry Lemon Gin & Tonic

This Blackberry Bramble is the perfect summer cocktail. With fresh berries, lemon juice, and fresh mint, this drink is a combination of vodka and gin. This light and refreshing cocktail make a great cocktail to serve for friends on a summer evening or a relaxing afternoon.

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 4-6 blackberry
  • 2 mint leaves minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz vodka citron flavored
  • tonic water
  • ice

Instructions

Directions:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine 2 blackberries, 2 minced leaves. lemon juice, and simple syrup in a bar shaker.
  2. Muddle to until crushed.
  3. Add gin and citron vodka, shake to combine.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish slice of lemon, blackberries and mint leaves.
  6. ENJOY!!
