Blackberry Margaritas

A little spin on everyones favorite tequila cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 12 blackberries muddled
  • Topo Chico to finish 
  • limes to garnish 
  • aggressively salted rim 

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Run a wedge of lime across the top of 2 glasses. Once damp, coat the rim in salt.
  2. Muddle the blackberries. Add the other liquids and strain to remove most of the seeds. Serve over ice in a salted rimmed glass.

Notes

  • Not everyone loves salt on their margarita so you can always make your rim smaller.
