Ingredients
option 1
- 1 cup very cold Moscato (or other white wine)
- 1 cup ice
- handful of frozen blackberries
option 2 (boozier)
- 2 cups frozen wine (Pour into a large zip lock freezer bag, freeze flat for 2 hours, it won't get rock hard because of the alcohol)
- a handful of frozen blackberries
Instructions
- For Option 1 or 2 ~ put everything in the Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. Use the tamper if necessary. If it's too thick, add more wine, if it's too thin, add ice or frozen berries.
- Spoon into glasses and garnish with frozen berries.

Notes
- Alternatively you can actually freeze the wine (pour it into a sturdy zip lock baggie and pop it in the freezer overnight.) This will allow you to use more wine and less ice for a stronger cocktail. Note that the wine won't freeze completely because of the alcohol. You can double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
