Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetend almond milk (or any nondairy milk)
  • 1 coop F-Factor Fiber/Protein Powder
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 /2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • truvia to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients into the blender in the order they are listed. I like to add the ice and almond milk first so the protein powder does not get stuck in the bottom.
  2. Blend well on high until combined.
  3. Test the consistency and taste. If you want it thinner add more almond milk. Need it sweeter? Add more truvia. Enjoy with fresh berries!

Notes

  • You can use any milk - dairy or non dairy in this recipe.
  • Feel free to switch up the extract - try almond extract. So good!
