Ingredients
Strawberry blackberry banana smoothie
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- milk of choice, to thin, if desired
Smoothie bowl (pick and choose)
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 to 2 Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 to 2 fresh blackberries, halved if large
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
Instructions
- Add the yogurt, blackberries, strawberries, and banana to the blender and blend on the highest setting until smooth.
- If enjoying as a smoothie, add milk of your choice to make the smoothie thinner, if desired.
- If enjoying as a smoothie bowl, pour the smoothie mixture into bowls and top with more fresh fruit, granola, or toasted coconut.
