Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder optional

  1. Combine spices and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Store in a small sealed container up to 6 months.

Notes

  • For extra heat, increase the cayenne powder to taste.
