Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 2/3 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • mixed fruit fresh, for garnish
  • peanut butter or almond butter, for drizzling

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir the blended overnight oats well before serving. Add fresh fruit on top. Slightly warm your preferred nut butter and drizzle it on top of the fruit.
