Coconut Milk Popsicle Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 450 ml coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp frozen fruit optional
Instructions
- Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in any extra ingredients such as frozen fruit and blend again.
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- Serve.

- You can also use our coconut milk popsicle recipe for a refreshing summer smoothie or load into a tub for frozen paleo ice cream.
- I like to add berries to my popsicle, but you can also have it plain like this recipe.
