Ingredients

  • blender
Coconut Milk Popsicle Ingredients:
  • 1 large banana
  • 450 ml coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp frozen fruit optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in any extra ingredients such as frozen fruit and blend again.
  3. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve.

Notes

  • You can also use our coconut milk popsicle recipe for a refreshing summer smoothie or load into a tub for frozen paleo ice cream.
  • I like to add berries to my popsicle, but you can also have it plain like this recipe.
