Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste)
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. To your blender container, add water, milk, matcha powder and honey. Blend for a few seconds until everything is combined.
  2. Add ice to serving glasses. Pour matcha latte into the glasses and serve. You can dust the top with extra matcha powder if you want.

Notes

  • I recommend using ceremonial grade matcha but there's no need to use the most expensive one. If you want a stronger matcha flavor, you can increase the amount of matcha powder by 1/2 teaspoon.
  • For milk, you can use regular dairy milk or nut milk. I personally don't recommend using coconut milk.
