Ingredients
- 1 1 pound green beans
- 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the green beans and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil into a medium skillet and set over medium-high heat. Add in the green beans, toss gently to coat with the olive oil and cook until they begin to blister lightly, about 3 to 5 minutes. Toss the green beans to cook on the other side. Once the green beans are tender crisp and have reached the desired amount of blistering, remove from the heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss again lightly and serve.
