Blood Orange and Chocolate Oatmeal

I never get tired of wholesome oatmeal loaded with seasonal goodies like this Blood Orange and Chocolate Oatmeal.  Made easily in the microwave and full of citrus flavor.  {gluten free, vegan, dairy free}

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free oatmeal I like Bob's Red Mill
  • 1 cup water
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • ½ blood orange sliced
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon pistachios

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add oatmeal, water, and salt to a bowl and cook in microwave for one minute.
  2. Add some almond milk to taste and top with blood oranges, chocolate chips, and pistachios.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you are gluten free make sure your oats are certified gluten free.
