Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 blood oranges peeled and cut in half
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tiny sprinkle of black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender and garnish with blood orange slices.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute any milk you like almond, coconut, dairy milk.
