Blood Orange Vodka Soda

This light and refreshing vodka cocktail is made with blood orange liqueur, lime juice, and club soda. Bright, citrusy and not too sweet, this low calorie cocktail is perfect for girl's night or happy hour with friends.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Blood Orange Liqueur
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 16 ounces club soda
  • lime optional garnish, slices

Instructions

  1. Fill four glasses with ice and set aside. In a small pitcher or cocktail shaker fill with ice, mix together vodka with blood orange liqueur and lime juice. Shake well or stir for 30 seconds. Pour between four glasses, filling 3/4 full, and top each with club soda to serve. Garnish if you wish with lime wheels.

  • To reduce sodium count reduce salt.
