Bloody Mary Oysters
These delicious oysters are topped with tomato, sharp horseradish, and fresh dill!
Ingredients
- 12 oysters on the half shell
- 6 tbsp tomato diced
- 3-6 tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp dill diced, fresh
Instructions
- Top each oyster with a tablespoon of fresh diced tomato and ½ to 1 teaspoon of horseradish.
- Garnish with some fresh dill and serve cold.
- Enjoy immediately- raw oysters need to be consumed right away.
