Ingredients

  • 3 cups kale baby, chopped, mix
  • 3 cups spinach baby, chopped, mix
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  • 6 small Bacon cooked & crumbled, slices
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion red, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons blue cheese
dressing:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise real
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 large basil chopped finely, leaves
  • 1 small garlic finely minced, clove
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients for salad to large bowl.
  2. In separate smaller bowl, stir dressing ingredients together until combined. Toss dressing with salad and serve immediately.
