This BLT Pizza serves up a thin, crisp pizza crust topped with garlicky Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, grape tomatoes, bacon, and arugula.

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust (recommend Pillsbury brand)
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce with roasted garlic (recommend Ragu brand)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 ½ ounces fully cooked bacon, diced (about 12 slices)
  • 1 ½ cups arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Unroll the pizza crust and place it in on a baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
  3. Top with Alfredo sauce, cheese, grape tomatoes, and bacon. Return to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  4. Remove from oven and top with arugula.
