Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon shallot finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
