Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese or Roquefort cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chives minced (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and drizzle over salad just before eating.
