Ingredients

  • 3 ounces blue cheese see notes below
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk plus extra to thin if required
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the blue cheese with a fork.
  2. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, and garlic powder and whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick, add a bit more buttermilk at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Dressing can be saved in the fridge for up to 7 days.
