Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 ounces blue cheese see notes below
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk plus extra to thin if required
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the blue cheese with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, and garlic powder and whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick, add a bit more buttermilk at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

- Dressing can be saved in the fridge for up to 7 days.
