Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • milk as needed to thin the dressing, optional, or buttermilk

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Mix in the lemon juice and garlic powder.
  3. Add the crumbled blue cheese and gently fold into the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, thin the dressing with milk or buttermilk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
