- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 ounces blue cheese
Instructions
- In a food processor add all of the ingredients.
- Pulse for about 10 seconds until smooth and creamy. Can add additional blue cheese crumbles as desired to make the dressing chunky, or to increase the blue cheese flavoring.

Notes
- Blue Cheese: Fresh crumbled blue cheese will give the best flavoring.
- Mayonnaise: Use your favorite brand, choosing egg-free or avocado oil if you want.
- Sour Cream: Substitute with plain greek yogurt.
- Buttermilk: This gives a nice tanginess to the dressing. If you don't have any on hand you can make your own buttermilk by adding vinegar or lemon juice to regular milk.
