- 2 ounces Blue cheese crumbles
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk or use regular milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice or use white wine vinegar
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the blue cheese crumbles in a small bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until creamy and well combines.
- Taste and adjust for seasonings.
- Thin with a bit of extra milk, buttermilk, or water if desired.
