Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen avocado
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar or preferred low-carb sweetener
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed smoothie blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blue spirulina smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings (chocolate nibs, chopped nuts, sliced fruit - feel free to use your creativity)! Serve and enjoy!
