Ingredients
- ¾ cup of flour
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup of butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of dried blueberries
- ¼ cup of dried cherries
- ½ cup of white chocolate chips divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silpat mat.
- Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
- In another bowl, beat together with a mixer the butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; beat well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
- Add the blueberries and cherries and most of the white chocolate chips to the batter and gently mix.
- Drop dough by the tablespoon onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart. Push a few of the remaining white chocolate chips into the top of each dough ball.
- Place into the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before moving to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy.
