  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup fat free greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk, any type
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 6 Ice cubes

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
