Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup oats (old fashioned or quick)
- ⅓ cup PLAIN yogurt (low fat)
- 1 coop protein powder
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- ice
