Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other kind of milk)
- 1 ½ cups (lightly packed) spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 medium banana
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Pour the almond milk into a blender and add the spinach. Puree until smooth.
- Add the hemp hearts and flax seed meal. Puree.
- Add the banana and blueberries. Puree until smooth. Serve.
