Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries 223 grams, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk 8 oz, unsweetened vanilla
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 4 oz, Dannon Light and Fit brand, frozen into cubes
- 1 coop casein protein powder 32 grams, Cellucor brand, vanilla flavor
- 2 tbsp cream cheese 31 grams, 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia brand
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers before serving, if desired.
