- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (4 oz)
- 1 scoop Cellucor Vanilla Casein Protein powder (32 grams)
