Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

To make the Smoothie
  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • 1½ Cup coconut milk
  • brown sugar or honey optional or any other sweetener
  • Ice cubes optional, more info under "Tips"
Topping ideas (optional)
  • blueberries fresh
  • Coconut Shredded
  • mint fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place clean blueberries into your blender jar.
  2. Pour the coconut milk into the jar to the blueberries.
  3. Add sweetener of your choice or skip that if you don't want sugar. You can also add ice cubes.
  4. Lock the blender jar with the lid and place it into the blender machine.
  5. Switch on and mix until you are satisfied with the texture.
  6. Pour smoothie into a glass or bowl. You can add a topping if you wish. Enjoy.

Notes

  • Sweetener and ice are optional. You can make this with just coconut milk and blueberries for a health boosting smoothie.
  • topping is optional and may look better if the smoothie is in a bowl.
